How we collect, use and protect the information you send us.
Who we are
ClearSpace Property Services provides property clearance and preparation services across Bath, Bristol and Somerset. We are the data controller for information submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, telephone number, email address, property postcode, the service you are interested in, any message you write and any photographs you upload. We do not collect special category data.
How we use it
We use your information solely to prepare and discuss your quote, to carry out any work you instruct, and to keep records required by our waste carrier licence and insurers. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years for tax, insurance and waste documentation purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@clearspacepropertyservices.net and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
