ClearSpace exists because clearing a property is only half the job. Owners, agents and solicitors need it finished — clean, documented and ready for the next step.
Our story
Built around the property, not the van
We started ClearSpace after seeing the same problem again and again: a property would be emptied, and then left. Rubbish in the garden, marks on the walls, nobody to call about the last 10 percent.
So we built the service the other way round. We begin with the end in mind — the photographs, the valuation, the viewing, the completion date — and work backwards from it. Clearance is the first step, preparation is the point.
Today we work across Bath, Bristol and Somerset for homeowners, estate and letting agents, probate solicitors, developers and housing associations.
